After Studying Garden Design at Easton College Norwich, I went on to study Graphic Desiogn and Illustration at Norwich School of Art and Design, and then at Suffolk College.

I like to work in a variety of media including wax resist with water colour, ink and wash, as well as collage. Whatever the media, a strong interest in observational and life drawing underpins all my work.

My portfolio covers areas such as food and wine lables, book jackets, as well as children's illustration. In my final year of my degree, I worked on a collaborative project with a greetings card company, to produce a range of greetings cards and booklets with an astrological theme.

Since graduating in 2003 I have been concentrating on writing and illustrating children's books. "The Secrete Scholar Tiger" was commissioned and published in 2006 and I have just completed a commission for another children's book "Dragons of Honeysuckle Valley", which was published in April 2007.
